A combined spike and bread buttering board that has a melamine base and optional poly-carbonate spikes. Three sides have a raised edge to prevent bread falling off the board when buttering one handed. Four optional removable spikes can hold a vegetable or piece of fruit while peeling or cutting it. The Oxford Up is a manual stand-aid and seated transfer device, suitable for those who require assistance when standing. A person is required to be able to at least partially weight bear through their lower limbs and assist in the process.
