Cover
The Body Smart Cover comes with the Soft Cushion. It features a griping front layer to help prevent slouching. Incontinent and replacement covers are also available.

* Basic Cover: Made of durable stretch knit material that wicks moisture away from the skin
* Body Smart Cover: A breathable double layer. It provides support in the ischial area against the effects of shearing.
* Incontinent Cover: Low shear. Urine flows through from the surface to the moisture resistant layer.
* Reverse Dartex incontinent cover: It provides a smooth, non-fabric moisture resistant finish

Considerations

All cushions must be monitored to prevent 'bottoming out'. This occurs when the user's weight bears down so hard on the product material that it is flattened and the bony parts are pressed against the surface below the cushion. Where bottoming out occurs even with correct use (eg correct choice and depth of foam, correct inflation level) , a different product may need to be considered.
The gel cells on the top layer of the cushion can be punctured
Ensure that the item is not accidentally placed upside down or back to front
