The Chronic Pain Group is a specialised organisation, using an evidence based approach to helping people living with chronic non cancer pain improve their lifestyles. It may involve one to one sessions or group sessions with a psychologist over a period of weeks. There is a fee for service. Referrals generally come from a doctor or physiotherapist.

Music therapy is the planned and creative use of music to attain and maintain health and well being. It is provided by a qualified music therapist who is registered with the Australian Music Therapy Association (AMTA).
PFD is a charitable non profit organisation of volunteers who are involved in the training and placement of diabetic alert dogs. These dogs give their owners warning well in advance of an impending hypoglycaemic episode, allowing for prompt treatment to avert the episode from happening.
Pet Therapy Dogs are trained to be lovable companions and practical helpers. Each dog receives 8-12 weeks of intensive training, and is assessed + trained specifically for a particular placement, whether it be with an individual or for an institution (eg nursing homes). Follow up training and supervision is carried out, to make sure the dog is performing the tasks it is trained for and to ensure it is being treated well.
An organisation formed in 1995 which aims to support Allied Health Professionals to confidently and competently carry out their practice within rural and remote areas of Australia.
