Anybody with an illness or disability that effects their ability to drive or that requires vehicle modifications to drive, has a responsibility to notify the Roads & Traffic Authority.
The Road and Traffic Authority outlines information regarding registering the Nippi Special Mobility Vehicles as a three wheeled motorcycle and licence requirements for their drivers.
