The Mobility Parking Scheme (MPS) provides parking concessions to people with mobility disabilities. The Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) issues a personal MPS card which applies only to the user and not the car. A permanent or temporary MPS card, individual and organisations cards are available.
The Council of the City of Sydney allows concessional charges at the Domain Car Park in Sydney for holders of the Disabled Persons' Parking Authority.
