Circular white plastic glides with a slightly indented base. They can replace the rubber ferrules on the back legs of a mobile walking frame (with front wheels) to enable the frame to glide a little more freely. Five internal diameter sizes to accommodate different walking frame sizes. Most suited for indoor use.
Beach pads are changeable rubber discs which fit onto standard crutches or walking sticks. Designed to allow beach access for people who require walking aids to ambulate. The discs prevent legs of walking aids sinking into sand by increasing the surface area.
A plastic container that fits to most styles of walking frame. It features one large and one small compartment to allow the user to separate items such as glasses, keys, medication etc. Supplied with a tray and a mug holder. Maximum carrying weight 2kg.
Durable nylon skis which fit onto the rear legs of all sizes and makes of walkers. They glide over rough surfaces allowing the user to manoeuvre the frame over uneven footpaths, rugged grass, long carpets, linoleum etc.
Two styles of soft fabric carry bags are available for axilla and Canadian style crutches. They each feature one large pocket and an inner smaller pocket to carry belongings such as spectacles, mobile phones. Hook and loop straps secure the bags to the crutch. One size is available in a dark green colour.
A large bag made from light canvas. It is attached to the front of a walker with six hook & loop straps. The bag can be folded with the walker. One size is available.
A range of crutch tips is available and includes:- Standard, Heavy duty with steel insert, Sherpa ferrule - with flexible neck and concave base, Safe-T-Flex Jumbo duty tip with flexible neck and concentric circle base.
A plastic clip that is fitted permanently to a walking stick or crutch, enabling the walking aid to be hung on the edge of a flat surface such as a table, shelf or armrest.
