Short Description

The RoMedic MiniStretcher is used for sitting and horizontal transfers by sliding in place underneath a patient. It has a solid construction with four handles and features neck support and padding to increase patient comfort. Patient is able to travel on MiniStretcher when in ambulance vehicle. The MiniStretcher surface can be exposed to both dirt and blood. It is waterproof and washable.

Application
* This stretcher is used for sitting and horizontal transfers. It can be used to reposition someone in lying position, lift someone from the ground to a bed, turn a patient over to the side whilst in bed, and transfer a patient between beds
* The mat is designed to fit under the head, torso and upper legs
* It is designed to be flexible so it can be used on top of the usual stretcher in the ambulance, eliminating the need to transfer the patient off the mat

Handles:
Four handles are provided and are placed near friction points

Materials
* The stretcher consists of a flexible plastic board and a waterproof outer material to cater for hygiene requirements
* It also has a light padding to increase comfort for patients
