Short Description
This economical hydraulically operated Lift has swing landing doors and is suitable for both private residential and commercial (limited mobility) applications. An optional self supporting tower can be installed indoors or outdoors. The Lift capacity is four adults or a wheelchair occupant and a carer. With a low pit and headroom requirement, it is easily incorporated into any new or existing project. Options are available. The lift fully complies with the relevant Australian standards.

Car Safety Features:
In the event of power failure, the lift will lower to the lowest floor to allow passengers to exit. This automatic emergency lowering feature is standard.
Passenger Protection: Non touch infrared doorway beams or full height safety cabin protection cut in.
Height of travel:
12m travel in private residences or 4m travel in commercial / public building applications for disabled access.
Installation
In NSW the owner or controller of the lift (if not the owner) is required to register their lift with WorkCover. They need to complete Form PL2 Application For Item Registration of Lift / Escalator and Moving Walkway. A fee is charged for a lift installed in a public place. The applicant must state that the plant has been inspected by a competent person and is safe to operate (use).
It is compulsory that the lift be inspected annually by a competant person. WorkCover requires payment for registration as well as an annual fee.

This lift meets the requirements of the Australian Lift code AS 1735.15. for disabled access in commercial applications - for persons with limited mobility.
In this application the following features are included: constant pressure buttons with key isolation switch, brail buttons, handrail, mirror, full height safety cabin protection, automatic door openers, control panels and hands free in car telephone.
