A compact hand held battery powered vibrator which is activated by
pressing the device on the abdomen above the pubis to stimulate
bladder emptying. When used 3 to 4 times daily it may replace the need for self catheterisation in many people with neurogenic bladder dysfunction eg people with multiple sclerosis.

* Powered by two AA batteries.
* More effective than manual pressure or suprapubic tapping.
* To initiate and complete bladder emptying, the device is placed 25 mm above the pubis in advance of symptoms that suggest a full bladder and pressed until emptying is complete (works best in those people able to sense bladder fullness).
