Belmadar Rose Cottage is a fully self contained, two bedroom cottage, designed to be fully accessible to people with special needs, yet available to anyone. Situated 5 minutes from Singleton in the Hunter Valley (NSW).

Belmadar Rose Cottage accommodates up to six people (1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with twin beds and sofa bed in lounge room).

.There is a large open living and dining area with TV, DVD and Video player, a remote control reverse cycle air conditioning and two comfortable lounges one of which is a sofa bed.
. There is a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave oven and small stove, with no under bench cupboards for full wheelchair access.
In the bathroom everything is arranged to be fully accessible. hobless shower, grab rails in the shower and beside the toilet, hand basin and mirror at accessible height. There is also a hair dryer and washing machine.
. A standard commode / shower chair, hoist and electric Hi-Lo bed are available.
. All towels and linen are supplied.
. One bedroom is set up with a double bed, the other has two single beds or one single and the Hi-Lo bed.
. The verandah allows undercover access to the cottage from the carport. The carport is designed so that there is room to unload a wheelchair from the roof of the car, and big enough to unload from a van.
. At the rear of the cottage there is a courtyard and BBQ area.
