Features available in specialist grab rails:
. Wall or floor mounted, swing away grab rails (lock in a position at
right angles to the wall, but can be swung away to the side).
. Fold away / lift-away rails (fixed wall mounted grab rails which fold
down to horizontal position for use).
. Modular units which allow for 'customized' configurations.
. Clamp on rails for bath.
. Rails combining vertical and horizontal supports.
. Pastel coloured powder coating.
. Concealed fixing.
. Hand held shower adjustable along rail which can double as grab rail.
. Rails with a slip resistant finish are preferred in 'wet' areas ie. shower and bath.
. Grab rails must be thoroughly anchored using a fixing bolt to suit the
wall structure.
