Short Description
A folding one piece shower seat with a matte finish melamine seat that has integral holes for water drainage. It is secured to the stainless steel frame with stainless steel carriage bolts and acorn nuts. This model complies with Australian Standards.

* Shower seat can be folded up against the wall when not in use. The spring at the top of baseplate locks seat into upright position until released by pulling the top of seat away from wall
* Support system with guide bracket allows varying mounting heights and leaves floor clear for easier cleaning
* Bobrick shower seats, when properly installed, have sufficient strength to sustain more than 113 kg of force (1112 N)
Materials
* One piece, 1/2" (13mm) thick, solidly fused plastic laminate with matte finish melamine surfaces, ivory coloured face sheets, and black phenolic-resin core that are integrally bonded - cannot delaminate
* Nonporous solid phenolic seat has holes to permit water to drain, does not splinter or require oiling, and will not support growth of bacteria
* Slotless round-head carriage bolts and acorn nuts provide additional safety to user.
Installation
. Installation requirements - must be secured appropriately to studs or into wall. Must withstand a force of 1100 N. Installation must comply with AS 1428.1.

must comply with AS 1428.1 - "Design for access and mobility - Part 1: General requirements for access - new building work".
A width of 960 -1100mm is required, and depth of 390 - 400mm to comply with AS1428.1.
The fastenings, materials and construction of the seat must be able to withstand a force of 1100 N to comply with AS1428.1.
