ILC Info-Line is a free information service available to anyone needing advice on Assistive Technology solutions, home modifications and design ideas.
Info-Line operating hours are between 10am and 4pm. Info-Line calls made outside these hours will be attended to as soon as our staff are available.

ILCNSW has built a full sized one bedroom apartment, with home modifications in situ, into the new display at Blacktown. Built to the Livable Housing Design Guidelines, showcasing assistive technology devices, involving high tech as well as simplle and good design.

If you would like to visit the our display and talk with a therapist about for advice on Assistive Technology, you can make an appointment and consult with one of our health professionals in greater depth.
We offer free advice on practical solutions to everyday problems to people with disabilities, older people, their carers and family members. This can include advice on Assistive Technology for communication, self-care and mobility as well as a range of products and design ideas to maintain or increase independence for everyday living.

Our display centre showcases a comprehensive range of Assistive Technology (AT) products for everyday living. People who wish to view the AT on display are welcome to drop-in during our opening hours. However, if you wish to have assistance from one of our therapists while viewing the display, please make an appointment.
